- 1 / 5By mes jeMe and my child waited in line for 30 mins last night and never got our order even started. When I asked for a refund, they shorted me the amount I was suppose to get back and still offered me food and refund, but still never got the food again for the 2nd time. When I finally got my refund, the manager couldn't even count the change back to me and still shorted me again. Worst service, worst manager I have ever dealt with. We will NEVER go back to that store location again!!!!April 17, 2017
- 1 / 5By Robin GunterThe mocha machine has been broken for over six months. We have to go to a different McDonald's, which is farther from our house, to get our breakfast. Would like to know why they don't fix it or put up a sign saying it is broken so we don't waste our time going there.
