  Truly an amazing experience in homecooked food!!
  I'm a resident of Bel Air Kansas and anytime that I want the best home cooked breakfast or lunch I do not hesitate to jump into my car and make the 20 minute drive to Derby Kansas and the Little firehouse Café. The owners, Charlie and Dee are very friendly and very committed to making sure that every single dish they serve is perfect and made with love. The fire house theme has a special meaning as the owner Charlie is a retired firefighter. Everywhere you look there are references to fire fighters which is something my own kids really love and they honor local firefighters by naming dishes on their menu after these special heros and even reserve a spot in the restaurant for local firemen active or retired and their own coffee cup. The food is just delicious!! What else can I say? My favorite is the biscuit and gravy and if I can make room I must have a pancake and their amazing bacon! Love love love this place and will be a long time customer for sure. I highly recommend you stop in and give them a try.
