  I was very unhappy my brother ordered a grilled chicken and I told them it was hard and the guy said it was because it was a chicken breast and chicken breast aren't hard

  Disgusted...we ordered food in drive thru...Sat for what should have been enough time for fresh food...got it and it was all overcooked and dried out..called and spoke with a supposed manager who proceeded to tell me that it was all fresh, he cooked and bagged himself. After arguing he offered to replace food. Go back, I go in, watch him drop fresh food...as he walks over, grabs a thermometer, starts pulling food from hold case, and telling me their temp requirements and it's within those ranges and bags them..wow..if the complaint was about the freshness, wouldn't it make more sense to cook fresh with me standing there? I went back out, showed my husband who proceeded to go in. Manager argued with him saying it was fresh..He asked manager if he was calling me a liar...manager called cops...we will NEVER go back.
